This support center is designed for hotel staff using the Insight Ai Mobile App application.
Here you can find quick solutions to common issues like login problems, app crashes, or syncing errors. The Insight Ai app allows you to view your daily tasks, update their status, and communicate with other departments efficiently.

Check your internet connection: Ensure you are connected to Wi-Fi or have mobile data enabled. The app requires an active connection to verify your credentials.
Verify credentials: Double-check your username and password. Ensure that Caps Lock is not on and that there are no extra spaces.
Update the app: Go to the App Store or Google Play Store and ensure you have the latest version of the Insight Ai app installed.
Reset Password: If you have forgotten your password, please contact your hotel administrator or manager to reset it for you.
If the app closes unexpectedly or freezes during use:
Force Restart: Close the app completely from your recent apps list and open it again.
Update device software: Check if your iOS or Android version needs an update. Older operating systems may not support the latest app features.
Reinstall: Delete the Insight Ai app from your device and download it again from the store. This often resolves corrupted data issues.
If your task list seems empty or outdated:
Pull to Refresh: Navigate to the task list screen and swipe down firmly to force a refresh of the data.
Check Connection: You need an active internet connection to sync tasks from the server.
Log out and back in: Go to the settings menu in the app, log out, and then log back in. This will force a full resync of your tasks.
To update a task status when you have finished a job:
1. Tap on the specific task in your list to view its details.
2. Locate the "Mark as Complete" or "Done" button at the bottom of the screen.
3. Confirm the action if prompted. The task will update and move to the "Completed" tab automatically.

Apple: Required iOS 13.0 or later.
Android: Android 9.0 (Pie) or later
Storage: At least 26MB of free space is recommended for app data and caching.
The Insight Ai app is designed to work primarily online to ensure real-time synchronization of tasks and requests.
However, if you temporarily lose connection:
You can still view the tasks currently loaded on your screen.
Any updates you make (like marking a task as done) will be queued locally and synced automatically once your connection is restored.
You will see a "No Internet Connection" banner at the top of the screen until you are back online.
If you are missing important task alerts, please check the following:
App Settings: Go to the stored settings menu within the app and ensure "Push Notifications" are toggled ON.
Device Settings: Open your phone's main Settings > Apps > Insight Ai > Notifications. Ensure that notifications are allowed.
Do Not Disturb: Check if your phone is in "Do Not Disturb" or "Silent" mode, which might be suppressing alerts.
Insight Ai is optimized for low power consumption.
While it runs in the background to listen for urgent task updates, it uses energy-efficient push notification protocols rather than constant polling. You should not notice significant battery drain under normal usage.
